Do you offer design and install?
Yes. We also work to consultants’ specifications and price from drawings for main contractors.
Can you phase works in occupied buildings?
Yes, floor by floor or zone by zone, with out-of-hours working where needed.
Do you provide documentation at handover?
Yes: commissioning records, O&M information, F-Gas records and controls training.
Which manufacturers do you work with?
We work with leading manufacturers and recommend equipment based on the project, not a single brand.
Heat pumps
What’s the difference between air-to-air and air-to-water?
Air-to-air delivers warm or cool air through indoor units; air-to-water heats water for radiators, underfloor heating and hot water. See our heat pumps page.
Can heat pumps replace our gas heating?
Often, yes. It depends on heat loss, emitters, hot water and electrical capacity.
Are there grants for businesses?
Most current heat pump grants are for homes. Public sector bodies may have access to dedicated funding.
Maintenance & compliance
How often should commercial systems be serviced?
Typically six-monthly, or quarterly for critical plant.
Do you carry out F-Gas leak checks?
Yes, at the frequency required for each system, with records kept.
Do we need a TM44 inspection?
If your air conditioning totals more than 12kW in England or Wales, yes, at least every five years. See our TM44 guide.
Do you offer priority response?
Yes, for maintenance contract customers.
