Heat load assessment
Equipment loads, room size, construction and expansion plans.
Resilient cooling for server rooms, comms cupboards and equipment spaces, designed to run 24/7, all year, with the redundancy your operation needs.

IT equipment generates a constant heat load, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including on cold winter nights. Standard comfort cooling isn’t always designed for this: it may not operate reliably at low outdoor temperatures, and a single unit leaves no cover if it fails.
We assess the heat load from the equipment, room construction and future growth, then design systems rated for year-round cooling, with duty/standby configurations, rotation, high-temperature alarms and remote monitoring where needed.

Sometimes for small, non-critical rooms, but many comfort units aren’t rated for continuous low-ambient operation. We’ll advise.
If downtime is costly, a duty/standby arrangement gives cover during failures and maintenance.
Follow your equipment manufacturer’s guidance. Many organisations reference ASHRAE recommendations; we design to your target.
Quarterly or six-monthly, depending on criticality.
We work with businesses, public sector organisations, landlords and main contractors across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, from single-site offices to multi-site estates.
