Why PPM matters

Maintenance protects performance, compliance and budgets.

Unmaintained systems lose efficiency as filters and coils foul, drains block and components wear. Energy use rises, comfort complaints increase and the risk of breakdowns, often on the hottest days, goes up.

Planned maintenance reverses that. Regular visits keep plant clean and efficient, catch developing faults early, extend equipment life, and give you the documentation to demonstrate F-Gas compliance and meet warranty and insurance expectations.

Useful answers

Common questions

How often should commercial air conditioning be serviced?

Commonly every six months, or quarterly for critical or heavily used plant such as server rooms and kitchens. Leak-check frequency is set separately by refrigerant charge.

Do you provide reports?

Yes, with visit reports, asset registers and prioritised recommendations, so you can plan budgets.

Will you maintain equipment from any manufacturer?

We maintain most major brands. An initial survey confirms condition and any remedial work needed.

Can you work out of hours?

Yes, visits can be scheduled to minimise disruption.
